7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for breach of these terms or for non-payment.
Upon termination, access to your account and data may be permanently disabled.
8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be eligible for a service credit as outlined in our SLA.
